1 Tbsp flour
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp paprkia
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp cajun seasoning
2 pounds chicken tenderloin strips
2 Tbsp butter
Combine first 6 ingredients in a ziplock bag. Drop chicken a
handful at a time into the bag, shaking to coat well. Fry strips
in
skillet in the butter, approximately 10 minutes or until juices run clear.
