Crockpot Cassoulet

               1/2 lb. boned skinless chicken
               1/2 lb. Italian sausage (or sausage of your choice)
               1 onion, sliced
               1 can white beans, drained
               1 can garbanzo beans, drained
               1 can kidney beans, UNdrained
               1 can chopped tomatoes (optional)
               Dry white wine
               Minced garlic, parsley

               Cut chicken and sausage into bite-size pieces and brown well.
               Drain grease from sausage.  Alternate layers of chicken, sausage,
               onions and beans in crockpot.  Add garlic and parsley.  Pour wine
               over all.  Cook on low for 5-7 hours.  If mixture becomes too dry
               you can add more wine and/or tomatoes.  Season to taste with salt
               and pepper.
