Crock Pot Green Chili Burros

                    2 pound rump roast
                    1 cup chopped onion
                    1 package 4 alarm chili seasoning mix
                    1 Tbp oregano
                    1 tsp garlic powder
                    1 can hot rotel (tomatoes w/chilies)
                    1 can (16 oz) tomato sauce

                    Layer ingredients in order in a crock pot.  Cook on
                    low for 8-10 hours.  Do not stir for first 5 hours.
                    Shred meat, mix with juices, and serve on corn
                    or flour tortillas.  Top with sour cream if desired.
