Chilironi

          1 1/2 c. Water
          1 c. Onions (chopped)
          1/2 c. Bell Peppers
          1 c. Macaroni (elbow)
          1 1/4 tsp. Salt
          1/2 c. Tomatoe Paste
          1 1/2 c. Pinto Beans (cooked)
          3/4 tsp. Oregano
          1/2 tsp. Basil
          1/4 tsp. Cumin

          Bring water to boil in a pot. Then add onion, bell  pepper, pasta, and salt. Reduce
          the heat and cook 10 minutes. Remove from heat but do not drain. Sitr in the
          tomato paste, pinto beans, and  seasonings. Heat thoroughly and serve hot.
