Chili Topped Chicken

               4 chicken breasts
               1 can rotel
               1 can chili with beans
               1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
                         (can use monterrey jack with jalapenos)

               Place chicken in an ungreased baking dish.  Top with rotel, bake,
               uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.  Spoon chili over each
               piece, bake 10 minutes longer.  Top with cheese, bake until cheese
               melts, about 5 minutes.
