Chicken with Stuffing and Peaches

               1 can (16 oz) sliced peaches in heavy syrup
               2 tbs. oil
               4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
               1 tbs. brown sugar
               1 tbs cider vinegar
               1/8 tsp. allspice
               2 cups Stove Top Stuffing mix in the canister.

               Drain peaches, reserving syrup. Add water to syrup to measure
               one cup, Set aside.

               Heat oil in large skillet on medium high heat. Add chicken and
               brown on both sides.

               Stir in measured liquid, brown sugar, vinegar and allspice. Bring
               to boil.  Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 8 minutes or until
               chicken is cooked through. Move chicken to side of skillet.

               Stir in stuffing mix and peaches, cover. Remove from heat. Let
               stand 5 minutes.
