1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 cup bread
crumbs
1 can salmon
1 cup cheddar
cheese, grated
1 Tbsp minced
bell pepper
1 Tbsp lemon
juice
1/2 tsp celery
salt
1/2 tsp garlic
powder
2 tsp cayenne
pepper
1/2 cup reserved
bread crumbs
Beat the egg
and milk together and add the 1 cup of bread crumbs. Flake
the salmon and
add to the milk mixture. Add the cheese and seasonings,
blending well.
Place in a greased casserole and top with reserved bread crumbs.
Bake, covered,
in a preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
