Easy Cheesy Beef Enchiladas

                    1 pound ground beef
                    1 jar hot salsa
                    2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
                    1 can enchilada sauce (red or green)
                    12 corn or flour tortillas

                    Brown meat, drain.  Stir in salsa, and 1 cup of
                    cheese.  Roll mixture in tortillas and place in a
                    baking pan sprayed with nonstick spray.  Top with
                    enchilada sauce and remaining cheese.  Bake at 350
                    degrees for 25 minutes.
