Easy Skillet Pork Chops

               1 onion
               4-6 pork chops
               1 can cream of celery soup
               1 can mushroom pieces, drained (optional)

               Slice and saute onion in a little oil.  Brown pork chops.  Pour soup
               (undiluted) over all.  Stir well to mix in brown bits from the chops.
               Check occasionally and add a little water if thinner sauce is
               desired.  Cook on low until chops are done.
