Fiery Chicken Wings

          12 Chicken wings (2 pounds)
          3 Tbsp. butter
          1/4 cup bottled hot pepper sauce
          1 tsp. cayenne pepper
 

          Dipping Sauce
          1/2 cup sour cream
          1/4 cup mayonnaise
          1 Tbsp. lime juice
 

          Cut wings at joints to make 24 pieces.  Dip wings in melted butter and bake
          on cookie sheet until crispy, or fry in hot oil until crispy.  Mix cayenne
          pepper an hot sauce in a bowl, and dip cooked wings to coat well.
          Combine all dipping sauce ingredients and chill.
          Serve wings with dipping sauce, andif desired, celery sticks.
