3 ea. Tomatoes
(sliced into small pieces)
1/2 c. Green
Onions (sliced thin)
1/2 c. Bell
Peppers (sliced into small pieces)
2 Tbsp. Lemons
(juice)
2 ea. Jalapeño
Peppers
1/2 tsp. Salt
3 ea. Garlic
(cloves)
2 Tbsp. Cilantro
(fresh leaves)
Combine
tomatoes, green onions, bell pepper, lemon juice, and salt into a bowl.
Remove seeds
from peppers (unless you want the salsa more spicey) and place
with garlic
and cilantro in a food processor or coffee grinder. Mix until chopped
well, but not
mushy. Add to tomatoes. Enjoy with chips. This salsa
is
considered "medium",
you may add more Jalapeño Peppers to make it hotter.
