Groundnuts And Greens In Spicy Sauce
                    (INDIAN COOKING)

                                                For The Salad:
                      1/2  C             Groundnuts (100 G) -- Boiled
                     100      Grams         Spinach
                                            (Cut Into Bite-Sized Pieces)
                     100      Grams         Lettuce  (Cut Into Bite-Sized Pieces)
                                            For The Spicy Sauce:
                       1      C             Fresh Curd (240 Ml) -- Beaten
                       2      Tbsp          Chilli-Tomato Sauce (30 Ml)
                              Dash          Capsico Sauce
                                            Salt -- To Taste
                         1/4  Tsp           Black Pepper Powder (1 G)

                    Spinach, lettuce and boiled groundnuts tossed in a
                    curd sauce dressing.

                    Put all the greens and groundnuts in a bowl and
                    refrigerate till serving time to retain the crispness.

                    Prepare the sauce by mixing all the sauce
                    ingredients. Toss the salad into the spicy sauce at
                    the time of serving.
