Gingered Ham Slice    Submitted by Bobbie

                          1 Fully Cooked Center Cut Ham Slice 1" Thick
                            1/2  Cup           Ginger Ale
                            1/2  Cup           Orange Juice
                            1/4  Cup           Brown Sugar
                          1      Tbsp          Salad Oil
                          1 1/2  Tsp           Wine Vinegar
                          1      Tsp           Dry Mustard
                            1/4  Tsp           Ground Ginger
                            1/8  Tsp           Ground Cloves

                       Slash the fat ege of the ham.  Combine the remaining ingredients and
                       pour  over the ham slice in a shall dish.  Refrigerate overnight or let stand
                       at  room temperature for 2 hours, spooning the marinade over the ham several
                       times.  Heat at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, brushing frequently with the
                       marinade.  Or you may broil over low coals about 15 minutes on each
                       side, brushing with the marinade often.  To serve, spoon remaining marinade
                       over  the ham.
