Gunpowder Pork Chops

          2 tsp. ground pepper
          2 tsp. ground red pepper
          1 tsp. cayenne pepper
          6 thick porkchops
 

          In bowl, combine the 3 peppers.  Rub the surfaces of each chop with about 1
          tsp. of the pepper mixture, coating evenly.
          Place chops on the rack of an unheated broiler pan.  Broil 3-4 inches from
          heat for 20 minutes total, turning once.
          These can also be pan fried, or grilled on a barbecue.  Delicious!
