1 c. Onions (sliced)
2 Tbsp. Oil
1 c. Corn
2 c. Garbanzos
(cooked)
1 1/2 c. Tomatoes
(canned)
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 c. Olives
(sliced)
3 c. Water
1 tsp. Cumin
Saute onion in
oil until golden. Combine all ingredients and simmer 15 minutes.
Good sprinkled
with green onions on the top and served with chips.
