Instant Mashed Potatoes
                           
1/4  Cup          
Sour Cream
                           
1/2  Tsp          
Prepared Mustard
                           
1/4  Tsp          
Sugar
                         
1      Tbsp         
Snipped Green Onion
                                              
Paprika
                      
Prepare 2 servings of the instant potatoes according to package
                      
directions (personally, I would boil a couple of potatoes and mash
                      
them).  Stir in remaining ingredients.  Spoon into 2 foil baking
shells
                      
and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or
                      
until heated through.
