Hot Hummus

               1 can (16 oz) garbanzo beans
               1 tsp cayenne pepper
               1/3 cup tahini (sesame paste)
               1/3 cup lemon juice
               1/2 tsp minced garlic
               1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

               Place all ingredients, except parsely, into blender and process
               until smooth.  Pour into serving dish, and top with parsley.  Use as a
               dip for toasted pita bread or sesame breadsticks.  Also good with
               triscuits!
