Herbed New Potatoes

                       2 tsp. parsley
                       2 tsp. margarine
                       2 tsp. green onions
                       4 whole new potatoes

                       Peel a 1/2'' strip around the center of potatoes. Cook, covered, in boiling
                       water for 20 minutes, or until tender. Drain. Add parsley, chopped green
                       onions, and margarine; toss until evenly coated.
