Italian Seasoning

          2 Tbsp. Basil (dried)
          2 Tbsp. Marjoram (dried)
          2 Tbsp. Oregano (dried)
          2 Tbsp. Coriander (dried)
          2 Tbsp. Thyme (dried)
          2 Tbsp. Rosemary (dried)
          2 Tbsp. Savory (dried)

          Combine all ingredients in a food processor or coffee grinder and process until
          finely ground, about 30 seconds. Transfer to a glass or plastic container, seal,
          label, and date. Store in a cool dark place for up to 3 months. Good used with
          pasta sauces or braised or roasted vegetables.   May also add 1 tsp crushed red
          pepper flakes.
