1 pound ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning
4 big baked potatoes
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
Hot Salsa
In a skillet, brown beef, drain. Add taco seasoning. Cut an
X in
the top of each potato, fluff insides with fork. Top each potato
with beef mixture, cheese, onions and salsa.
