Lemon Broiled Salmon

                    1 large salmon fillet (approx 2  1/2 pounds)
                    1 tsp olive oil
                    1 Tbsp lemon juice
                    1/4 tsp salt
                    cayenne pepper to taste

                    Preheat broiler.  Cut salmon into serving size
                    pieces, brush with oil and sprinkle with remaining
                    ingredients.  Coat broiler pan with nonstick spray.
                    Broil about 4 inches from heat for 8-10 minutes
                    total.  Salmon is done when it flakes easily with a
                    fork.
