Leafy Green Toss Salad

          2 ea. Lettuce (as much as preferred, use more than one kind of leafy lettuce)
          1/2 ea. Onions (red, thinly sliced)
          1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
          1 ea. Garlic (clove, minced)
          1/2 tsp. Marjoram (fresh, minced)
          1/2 tsp. Basil (fresh, minced)
          1/2 tsp. Thyme (fresh, minced)
          3 Tbsp. Lemons (juice)

          Tear up and toss pieces of lettuce together (it is best to use leafy green lettuce
          rather than ice-burg type lettuce). Soak garlic in oil. Toss oil with lettuce and add
          herbs. Then mix in lemon juice.  Enjoy the fresh vitamins from the leafy greens.
