1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon grated fresh lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 boneless chicken breasts
Combine teriyaki sauce, lemon peel and cayenne, pour over
chicken breasts in a large ziplock bag. Press air out of bag and
refrigerate one hour, turning bag over occasionally. Place chicken
on grill 4-5 inches above hot coals. Cook 15-20 minutes total,
until cooked through to center.
