Lentils & Potatoes On Rice

          2 c. Potatoes (red) (diced, cooked)
          2 c. Lentils (cooked)
          1 ea. Onions (chopped)
          1 Tbsp. Oil
          4 Tbsp. White Flour
          2 c. Milk (tofu milk or rice milk)
          1 Tbsp. Beef Flavored Seasoning
          2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
          1 can Mushrooms (4 oz.)
          1/2 tsp. Sage (dried, 1 Tbsp. fresh)

          Saute onion in oil until soft. Add flour and stir until slightly brown. Remove from
          heat and stir in milk.  Stir until well blended and lumps are gone. Return to heat
          and stir. Add mushrooms and other ingredients. Simmer 15 minutes. Put on top
          of rice.
