Luau Pork Roast

               2 pound lean pork roast
               1 tsp minced garlic
               1/2 cup white wine
               2 Tbsp soy sauce
               1 small onion, chopped. 1/4 cup lemon juice
               2 Tbsp brown sugar
               2 Tbsp cayenne pepper
               1 Tbsp dry mustard
               1 tsp ginger
               1/4 cup water

               Place roast in casserole dish.  In a small bowl combine all other
               ingredients for the marinade.  Pour over roast and marinate 30
               minutes.
               Roast in oven until done, or gill on the barbecue 4 inches over hot
               coals for 2 hours or until meat reaches desired doneness.
