Lavender Water

This is a refreshing herb-sented water, perfect to add to a bath or use as a
skin lotion and cooler on a hot day. Keep in a securley stoppered bottle.
This recipe is from a book called, The Magic of Herbs.
2 cups fresh or dried lavender flowers
          2 1/2 cups distilled water
          1/4 cup vodka
          6 drops lavender essential oil

Put the lavender flowers in a jar or bottle. Bring the water to a boil and
pour over the flowers. Leave to cool. Add the vodka, and then the lavender
oil. Cover the jar or bottle and leave for 2 weeks. Then strain the liquid,
pour into pretty bottles, and add a fresh sprig of lavender.
