Meatball Mixture

          1 pound    Regular ground beef
          1/2 cup    Soft breadcrumbs
          2 tablespoons    Onion, finely chopped
          1/3 cup    Reconstituted instant nonfat dry milk
          1/4 teaspoon    Salt

               1. Mix ingredients thoroughly.
               2. Divide mixture in half. Use half for Sweet and Sour
                  Meatballs (p. 49), or Meatballs in Sauce (p. 42).
               3. Wrap and freeze remaining portion for later use.
