Caldillo (Mexican Green Chilie Stew)

          2 pounds lean cubed pork
          2 Tbsp oil
          3 med potatoes, diced
          1/2 cup onion diced
          1 large garlic clove minced
          2 tsp salt
          6 whole green chilies
          3 jalapenos diced

          Sprinkle cubed meat with salt and fry until brown in oil.  Add potatoes to
          browned meat together with onion, garlic, salt, chilies, jalapenos, and
          enough water to cover.  Bring to boil, simmer 45 minutes.
