Marinated Salmon

               1 pound can salmon, drained well
               1 tsp salt
               2 Tbsp sugar
               1 Tbsp ground pepper
               2 tsp cayenne pepper
               1 Tbsp dill weed
               1/8 cup cider vinegar

               Place drained salmon into shallow dish.  Sprinkle remaining
               ingredients over fish, cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
               Use a fork to flake and lightly toss salmon with seasonings.
               Serve with toasted cocktail rye bread or rye crackers.
