Potato/cream cheese Casserole

          3 large potatoes, cooked and mashed with skim milk
          3  1/2 oz cream cheese
          1 egg, lightly beaten
          2 Tbsp chopped onion
          1 Tbsp chopped parsley
          2 tsp cayenne pepper
          2 tsp paprkia

          Combine mashed potatoes with cheese, beating well until blended.  Stir in
          all other ingredients except paprika, and spoon into well-greased 1 qt.
          casserole dish.  Sprinkle with paprika.  Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees
          for 30 minutes.
