About 2-1/2 cups mix

          2-1/3 cups    Instant non fat dry milk
          1/2 cup    Cornstarch
          1/2 cup    Sugar
          1/4 teaspoon    Salt

               1. Mix ingredients thoroughly.
               2. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator. Use
                  within 3 months.
