8 lean country style meaty ribs
1 can (6 oz) tomato sauce
3 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp mined onion (dried is fine)
1 Tbsp ginger
1 Tbsp honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp coriander
3 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp cumin
dash ground cloves
Place ribs in baking pan or slow cooker. Combine all other
ingredients and pour over ribs. Bake in 425 degree oven, covered,
until tender, OR cook in slow cooker 5 hours on high, or 10 hours
on low.
