1 egg
1 Tbsp barbecue
sauce
2 tsp. crushed
red pepper
1/3 cup dry
bread crumbs
2 tsp grated
parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp dried
oregano
1/4 lemon pepper
seasoning
1/8 tsp salt
2 thick bone-in
pork chops
In a bowl, combine
egg, barbecue sauce and red pepper. Mix well. In
another bowl,
combine bread crumbs, cheese, oregano, lemon pepper and salt.
Dip chops in
egg mixture, then coat with bread crumb mixture. Place in a
greased baking
dish, baking uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until
juices run clear.
