Salsa Cruda

          1 large tomato, finely chopped
          2 Tbsp onion, finely chopped
          1 Tbsp bell pepper, finely chopped
          1 Tbsp chopped, canned green chili peppers
          4 tsp, jalapeno peppers with seeds, finely chopped
          1 clove garlic, minced

          Combine all ingredients in a bowl, adding salt to taste.  Cover and let sit
          at room temperature for 2 hours to blend flavors.  Use as a condiment for
          meats or tortilla dishes.  Refrigerate unused protions.
