Sour Cream Biscuits

                            1 c. self-rising flour
                       1/4 t. baking soda
                       3/4 c. sour cream
                       2 t. vegetable oil
                       In a bowl , combine flour and baking soda.  Add sour cream and oil; stir
                       until moistened.  Turn onto a floured surface; knead 4-6 times.  Roll out to
                       3/4-in. thickness; cut with a 2 1/2 in. biscuit cutter.  Place on a greased
                       baking sheet.  Lightly spray tops with nonstick cooking spray.  Bake at 425
                       for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.   4 biscuits

                       As a substitute for self-rising flour place 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder and 1/2
                       tsp. salt in a measuring cup.  Add all-purpose flour to equal 1 c.
