Salmon Casseole with Bite!

          4 cups cooked ribbon noodles
          16 oz can salmon, drained and flaked
          4 oz can mushroom slices, drained
          10  1/4 oz Cream of celery soup, undiluted
          1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
          3 tsp cayenne pepper
          5  1/4 oz can water chestnuts, drained
          17 oz can green peas, drained
          1 cup coarsely broken potato chips (baked is fine)

          In deep 2  1/2 qt  casserole dish, combine noodles, salmon, mushrooms.
          celery soup, celery, water chestnuts, and peas until blended.  Bake in 350
          degree oven for 35 minutes.  Just before serving, top with potato chips and
          place under broiler until chips brown slightly.
