Stir-fry Beef

                           1/2 lb. beef sirloin
                       2 tablespoon cornstarch
                       1 can Campbell's Beef Broth or your own
                       2 tablespoons soy sauce
                       peanut oil divided ( 2 Tablespoons ?)
                       3 - 4 cups cut up vegetables (broccoli, carrots, green or red or yellow
                       peppers etc)
                       2 garlic cloves minced or to taste
                       2 cups hot cooked rice

                   1. Slice beef  into thin strips.  Mix cornstarch, broth and soy until
                       smooth.  Set aside.
                   2. In skillet over med. high meat, heat half the oil.  Add beef in 2
                       batches if necessary and stir fry until browned.  Set beef aside.
                   3. Add remaining oil, Add vegetables and stir fry for a bit then add
                       garlic (adding later so not to burn) stir fry until crisp tender.
                   4. Stir cornstarch mixture and add.  Cook until mixture boils and
                       thickens, stirring constantly.  Return beef to pan and heat through.
                       Serve over rice.
