Shrimp and Fried Rice

          2 cups cooked shrimp
          1 Tbsp soy sauce
          4 cups cooked rice
          1/4 cup hot chili oil
          2 eggs beaten
          1 can mushrooms
          salt and pepper to taste
          1/2 cup green onions chopped

          In good sized deep skillet, saute the shrimp in oil for one minute,
          stirring constantly.  Add eggs, mushrooms, salt and pepper, continuing to cook
          over med heat for 5-8 minutes.  Add cooked rice and soy sauce, cooking and
          stirring 5 minutes longer.  Add chopped onions and serve.
