4 large potaotes, cut, cooked with the skins on
2 TBSP light cream cheese
2 TBSP low fat buttermilk
2 TBSP thinly sliced green onion
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Place cooked, cut potatoes into large pot, combine with all
ingredients and mash with a potato masher until almost smooth.
If potatoes are dry, add additional buttermilk.
