               2 large eggs
               2 cups cooked rice
               1 cup grated cheddar cheese
               1 can cream style corn
               1/2 cup minced onions
               1/2 cup chopped green peppers
               1 1/2 tsp. salt
               1/8 tsp white pepper

               In a large bowl, beat eggs until yolks and whites are combined.
               Stir in rice, cheese,corn, onion, green pepper, salt and white
               pepper. Mix lightly but thoroughly. Pour into a buttered oblong 1
               1/2 quart glass baking dish.  Bake in a moderate 350 degree oven
               for 45 minutes to one hour.

               (This is a good dish for a covered dish luncheon or when you are
               having many for dinner.)
