2 cup white all-purpose glue (can get bulk size at hardware store)
               1 cup liquid starch

               Mix together well.   Its a good idea to give kids a piece of wax
               paper to work it on. Use like the Silly Putty you buy.
               Store in an airtight container. This is NOT to be eaten.
