1/4 pound lean ground beef
1/4 teaspoon salt
Fresh ground black pepper
8 each fresh mushrooms, chopped
1 tablespoon Fleischmann's margarine
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 cup beef boullion
Mix the meat with salt and pepper; shape into a patty.
Pan fry in a lightly greased skillet until cooked to your preference,
about 4 minutes on each side (or broil if preferred); remove and
keep warm. Cook the mushrooms in butter for 2-3 minutes. Blend
in the flour and curry powder; cook for another 3 minutes,
stirring. Add the beef boullion and cook, stirring frequently, until
smooth and thickened. Pour over the meat patty and eat at once.
