Savory Shrimp and Sausage Rice

          1/2 pound hot italian sausage, sliced 1/4 inch thick
          1 can hot Rotel
          1  1/4 cups chicken broth
          1 cup long grain rice, raw
          1 can peas, drained
          1/4 pound raw medium shrimp, shelled and deveined

          Brown sausage in large skillet, drain.  Add Rotel, broth and rice, bring to
          boil.  Cover and simmer 25 minutes, adding peas and shrimp during last 8
          minutes.
