Spicy Stuffed Steak Rolls

          1 round steak, approx 2 pounds, cut into 6 pieces.
          1 box stuffing
          4 slices peppered bacon
          1 rib celery
          1 bunch green onions diced
          1 can cream of celery soup
          1 can hot Rotel (tomatoes w/chilies)
          1/2 cup water
          1 med onion chopped

          Pound each steak until 1/4 inch thickness.  Saute bacon, celery, and green
          onion, drain off fat.  Combine sauteed bacon and vegetables with stuffing
          mix and its seasoning packet.  Stir in half the cream of celery soup and
          enough water to moisten.  Place sliced onions in crockpot.  Spread stuffing
          mixture on each flattened steak and roll up, securing with toothpicks, and
          place ontop of onions.  Spoon leftovers into the crockpot and pour the
          Rotel over all. Cook 8 hrs on low or 4-6 hrs on high.
