6 chicken breasts
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
Marinade*****
1 cup plain, nonfat yogurt
2 Tbsp chopped fresh ginger
2 minced garlic cloves
2 minced jalapenos
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp black pepper
Place chicken in large dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice and salt.
Combine all other ingredients in med bowl, pour over chicken.
Turn chicken to coat. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
Cook chicken on the barbecue over medium hot coals. Grill about
8 minutes on each side until cooked through.
