Tangy Fettuccine Alfredo

               8 oz fettuccine noodles
               1 Tbsp margarine melted
               1 cup evaporated skimmed milk, warmed
               4 oz parmesan cheese, grated
               2 tsp cayenne pepper
               1/2 tsp salt
               1/2 tsp pepper

               In large kettle, cook noodles in boiling water for 8 minutes.
               Drain noodles, and put them in a large bowl.  Quickly add
               remaining ingredients, toss briskly to coat the noodles and
               serve at once.
