TNT Chili

          2 pounds lean ground beef
          2 med. onions, chopped
          1 med. bell pepper, seeded and chopped
          1 stalk celery, chopped
          1 clove garlic, minced
          2- 16 oz cans tomatoes, cut up
          1- 15 oz can tomato sauce
          1  1/2 cups water
          7 jalapeno peppers chopped
          1/4 cup chili powder
          2 Tbsp. ground red pepper
          1/2 tsp. salt
          1/2 tsp. pepper
          1 bay leaf
          1 - 15 ounce can kidney beans

          In large saucepan, cook ground beef, onions, bell pepper, celery, and
          garlic until meat is brown and vegetables are tender, drain.
          Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, jalapenos, chili powder,
          red pepper, salt, pepper, and bay leaf.  Bring to boiling, reduce heat and
          simmer uncovered for 1  1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
          Remove bay leaf and stir in kidney beans, cook 30 minutes more.
          Makes 8 - 10 RED HOT sevings.
