1 lb. Tofu (firm)
          1/4 c. Oil
          1 ea. Onions
(chopped)
          2 ea. Garlic
(minced cloves)
          1/4 c. Soy Sauce
          1/2 tsp. Molasses
          1 Tbsp. Oil
          1 can Mushrooms
(4 oz., sliced)
          1 c. Olives
(black, sliced)
          Blend half of
the tofu with 1/4 cup of oil until smooth. Brake the rest of the tofu
          into small pieces.
Simmer the onion, garlic, soy sauce, molasses, and 1 Tbsp. of
          oil together.
After onions are slightly browned, add tofu pieces and  blended
          tofu. Add sliced
olives and mushrooms.   May also add 1 cup of vegetable of
          your choice
(broccoli is good). Spoon mixture into partly baked pie crust (Almond Butter
          Pie Crust is
great  with this). Bake 25-30 minutes. Allow to stand 10 minutes before
          serving.
