Chili

          4 c. Kidney Beans (cooked)
          2 ea. Garlic (cloves, minced)
          1/2 c. Onions (chopped)
          1 c. Bell Peppers (chopped)
          2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
          3 c. Tomatoes (canned, with juice)
          1 Tbsp. Cumin
          1 Tbsp. Paprika
          1 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
          3/4 tsp. Basil
          1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
          2 tsp. Salt
          1 1/2 tsp. Honey
          1 c. Tomatoe Paste
          1/2 c. Tomatoes (sauce)

           Saute garlic, onions, and bell pepper in oil. Add canned tomatoes (break them up
          so they aren't  whole). Then add remaining ingredients and stir  together well.
          Simmer 45-60 minutes to blend  flavors. Delicious with corn bread.

          Variation: Put in 2 cups of pinto beans and 2 cups  of kidney beans instead of 4
          cups of kidney  beans.
