1/2 c. Sugar
(brown)
1 3/4 c. Whole
Wheat Pastry Four
2 1/2 c. Oats
1 tsp. Salt
2 c. Coconut
(flakes)
1 1/2 c. Water
1/2 c. Oil
Mix dry ingredients
together. Mix oil and water together with a fork, then add it
to the dry
ingredients. Mix well, then put through a meat grinder without the
attachment on
the end (makes dough come out in long sticks). You may also roll
out the dough
into sticks about 1/2 inch in diameter. Lay strips on cookie sheet.
Bake at 325-350
degrees for 20-30 minutes.
